The Tilting rotary table makes it possible to realize any two-axis rotary positioning, which makes it easy to machine multiple surfaces of parts. At the same time, inclined surfaces, inclined holes, etc., which form an angle between the normal direction and the axial direction, can also be realized tilting machining.

The 4th & 5th axis (A/C or B/C) works in conjunction with the other X/YZ axes to realize 5-axis simultaneous machining, and the motion of these 5-axis includes both rotary and linear motion, which makes the curved surface processing machining more flexible. This function is suitable for handling complex workpieces such as impellers, blades, oil drills, etc., and helps to realize higher levels of machining accuracy and efficiency.
